It shows nothing and I am on the "Folders" tab in Outlook. With Outlook 2013/2016, you have to click the three dots at the lower left next to the mail, calendar. Click ‘ Microsoft Outlook’ and then click ‘Advanced’ button. It has to be something with Exchange 2016 since it is not showing even the top level Public Folders. With Outlook 2010, you need to click the yellow file folder looking icon at the bottom left of the Outlook window, or Ctrl-6 for the Public Folders to show up on the left side. Follow these steps to rebuild the Outlook Index and fix the Outlook search problem: In Outlook 2016, go to File > Options > Search.

In web based Exchange admin center under permissions / admin roles added everyone to the Public Folder Management - the roles listed here are Active Directory (default), Mail Enabled Public Folders (default), and Public Folders (I added)Ĥ. I went a little to far trying to resolve but are desperate to fix this ASAP. All these machines are the same Windows 8.1, Outlook 2013, all Windows updates installed. Only 1 of the workstations Outlook 2013 sees the Public Folders.
